Annex No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994 defines a list of goods of proper quality that cannot be exchanged (returned):

– food products (including food supplements);
– medicinal products and remedies;
– hygiene products, etc.

Return and exchange of goods of inadequate quality.

Products of inadequate quality are products with manufacturing defects. The Buyer can return or exchange such goods throughout the entire shelf life, if the inadequate quality was caused by manufacturing defect, but not the fault of the Buyer, and if the Buyer has a payment document confirming the purchase on our website as well.

In addition, if, after purchasing the goods, the Buyer finds that the contents of the parcel does not correspond to the order made on the website (assortment, quantity, completeness or packaging), the Buyer has the right to return the whole order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, subject to the availability of a payment document issued along with the product sold.
